Here's a sample provision to put into your contracts. This will enable disputes to be resolved through the Same-Day Justice Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or based upon or relating to [this Agreement] will be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Same-Day Justice Program’s rules and procedures (see same-dayjustice.com). Any arbitration decision and/or award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any appropriate court.
